数据库原理考试，大虾帮忙
一、 背景介绍
随着经济全球化、信息技术的飞速发展和知识经济的到来，信息技术人才已经是社会发展所必需，对于大学生来说，不懂信息技术将对择业以及日后的事业发展都将产生不利的影响。
为了给更多的学生提供学习信息技术知识的机会，为社会培养综合型人才。上海几所高校联合推出了开办第二专业的教学培养模式。我们管理学院信息管理系负责《管理信息系统》第二专业的招生与教学工作。
二、 存在的问题
管理信息系统二专开办已经进入第三年，已经招收了三届学生。总的反映还是好的，成绩也是较为显著的。但在整个过程中存在以下几个问题：
a) 招生环节 很多学生对管理信息系统专业缺乏了解，而选择了其他自己不喜欢的主业，错过了学习机会。
b) 报名注册、成绩查询等信息不畅，由于二专的同学来自不同的自然班，学生与教师交流困难等。
为解决以上问题，我们拟开发专门用于管理信息系统二专管理的管理信息系统。
三、 系统开发目标
a) 系统应承担宣传窗口的作用。让更多的学生了解我们，了解我们的专业培养方向，了解培养计划和课程安排，以及报名方法。
b) 系统应成为沟通的桥梁。由于二专同学来自不同的班级，联系起来相对困难，使用Internet技术，通过我们的系统，教师与学生、学生与学生、教师与其他相关人员可以非常方便得进行沟通。
c) 系统应辅助完成日常业务工作，更好地为学生和上课教师提供服务。学生可以网上报名、选课、查询个人成绩；教师可以发布教学信息、录入考试成绩。
d) 性能要求
系统要求稳定、安全、界面简洁美观。
四、 业务
a) 报名
每学年临近结束时，学生通过网络可以填写报名申请信息，此信息应临时存储。此业务每学年一次。
b) 审核
到达报名截止日期后，教师A人工对报名信息进行审核。按照规定，大二学生达到一定学分绩点可以报名读二专。审核教师根据报名信息确定是否录取，并通知被录取的同学选课，对录取的同学完成学籍注册。此业务每学年一次。
c) 选课
每学期结束，已注册学生（包括新生和老生）选择下一学期的课程。另外，非注册学生（应先填写信息）也可以选课，但非注册学生只有单科成绩，没有证书，选课完成后，即提示同学根据所选学分交费。
d) 交费
学生选课后，应及时到指定处交费，交费后根据每门课程的交费名单为每位教师打印学生名单，课程结束，教师据此名单填写学生成绩。
e) 教学计划
系里每学年对每一届学生制定教学计划，确定哪个学期上哪门课程，以及每门课程的学分和每个学分的收费。
f) 学生登录系统
每个注册学生和非注册选课学生都将在系统中有一个账号，学生可以用自己的账号，登陆到系统中进行修改密码、选课、阅读信息、查阅自己的考试成绩和学分等活动。
g) 教师登录系统
系统为每个担任不同职能（报名注册、收费、上课）的教师分配不同的权限，每个教师分配有一个账号，上课教师在指定的时间范围内对自己所上的课程有输入成绩的权利。
h) 学生毕业
每学期为已修满所要求学分的同学办理毕业手续，取消其登陆账号。将相关信息另外保存，
i) 管理员
管理员负责系统的配置和维护。包括各账户权限的分配，信息备份等工作。
