查一下它所依存的服务，看是否启动起来了！Top

This event may occur when a service was not uninstalled properly (not removed from the service database). The Service Control Manager is trying to start the service but the executable is not there. Remove the entries for the service from the registry. This may also occur if one of the dependent files are missing or are the for the wrong OS version.

to lqbn(长天):在注册表中删除确实可以
to rainbow0326(天语[经常不在线]) :我在服务中找不找这个服务，更谈不上它依存什么了。
好奇怪的就是刚装好的时候是没问题的，随着慢慢用几天就有了，即使没有安装任何其他软件也会出现这个问题，我试过几次了，但如果从注册表中找到ASCTRM 删除的话，系统关机与开机的时间会变长，why?Top

to bluenight911(正南方) :好象没有称心地找到解决方法，只是提到原因。我希望这个服务能正常启动，不要删除。
再说我也没有安装RealPlayerTop
