XXXX has spent almost four years in SAP Application development and maintenance. As a result, he has a broad knowledge of the different aspects of SAP implementation and transition management. He is fluent in English and also speaks some Japanese, in both roles, has seized the opportunity to use his language skills on a daily basis.
XXXX was assigned the project manager in the roll out for the Sales Platform project in Yan Tai. As the PM, he is responsible for writing transition plan; setting knowledge transfer strategy, picking up human resource and issue management. With this chance, he successfully develops his skills in project management, especially in transition process.
XXXX was also selected to represent SGM and provide assistance to the following DMS project, a NON-SAP system. He worked on the system integration and data flow consistency, providing analysis and validating data between SAP and NON-SAP system.
At the beginning of 2003, XXXX joined SAP IS-AUTO project. He has enjoyed a number of different roles, including Project Management and Team Leadership, and managed the system integration to Yan Tai.

XXXX managed resource for the SAP IS-AUTO project. Vehicle Management System is a global web-viewing function for customers and Business Partners. He coordinated two developers, tracked all tasks carried out, and acted as their point of contact for any information or escalation required. The key part of the role is the relationship with the VMS Project Manager, with whom he met on a weekly basis, in order to provide development updates, discuss future work as decisions were taken to involve more countries, and decide how this affected resource planning in an environment that changed regularly. IS-AUTO is one of the major projects for GM global system.
XXXX is currently leading the system integration to Yan Tai. This role has meant he has become accustomed to a fluid environment and working under pressure to aggressive deadlines. He has gained Project Management and Lead skills on the job. As a result, his ambition is to study and qualify in the Project Management discipline, and manage a major Project in the near future.
