Role

3 To provide coaching and supervision to new project managers.
4 To manage human resources including assignment of tasks, to cater for project requirements, and to develop technical and management competencies of staff, and guide them in their career development.
5 To oversee several projects simultaneously at management level, and provide technical and management guidance to the Project Managers or Team Leaders.
6 To hands-on manage big-scale project, from requirement gathering phase to implementation where necessary.
Pre-requisites
1 Have at least 12 years experience in application software development, with at least 5 years in project management or team management. Have ever managed project / team size of at least 20 persons.
2 Have few years of solid project experience on .Net platform, includes analyzing user/business requirements and applying best-practice standards, methodologies, models, and technologies in development and executing recommendations on system architecture and software application design, development, testing, implementation, and improvements/refinements.
3 Familiar with project management concepts, and structured software development and maintenance methodology. Experience with ISO9000 and CMMi implementation is preferred.
4 People development and management skill is important.
5 Good command of English is preferable.
6 Good communication skills is essential.
