为什么总是出错。服务器的写入，读取权限都有。
把路径映射到本地也不行。求各位高手指点。
用其它方法能实现相同功能也行。

使用说明：如果要把服务器A的test.html, 拷到服务器B的backup目录，
请将上面代码保存到B机的backup目录下名为index.asp，然后执行该代码
注意修改：RemoteFileUrl = "http://A服务器ip地址/目录/test.html"
LocalFileUrl = "test.html"

两台服务器都开启iis服务，你可以在任何一台客户端使用ie打开http://B服务器/bakck/index.asp
即可实现test.html从a服务器备份到b服务器的backup目录下Top

简单点，就在server b上开启iis服务，并放一个文件上传程序（随便找个无组件文件上传吧），然后a机器上通过ie来上传，或者在a上开启iis服务，然后使用xml模拟文件上传表单，那样在任何一台客户机上执行a服务器上这个xml模拟程序就可以了。
当然，如果一定要用fso的话，可以将b的iis目录下某一有读写权限的目录映射为盘符z，然后fo.CopyFile "c:\html\test.html", "z:\", True 如果z:\不行，就试试z:
该目录设置为everyone有读写权限Top
