如何参加微软创新杯算法比赛?
我已经用hotmail帐号注册了，而且登陆 http://thespoke.net/报名了算法比赛，可是当我按照比赛知道点击on your submission.时，出现了一下：却没有如何参加比赛的提示

The round started on Monday, February 6, 2006, at 00:00:00 GMT and will end on Wednesday, March 15, 2006, at 23:59:59 GMT. There are 11 days, 21 hours, 9 minutes and 33 seconds remaining in the round.
The Imagine Cup Algorithm Round 1 is in the form of a game called Herbert. Herbert is written as a Microsoft .NET Smart Client which runs directly from the web, without being installed on your local machine. In order to run Herbert and use all of its functionality, your system must meet certain minimum requirements and its security settings must be configured correctly. See help for details.
Note: Depending on your connection speed, Herbert may take a minute or two to launch. Please be patient.
You are not logged in. You must log in to theSpoke before you can compete in Imagine Cup.
You may work on your submission throughout the round time period. Each time you close Herbert your submission will be uploaded to the Imagine Cup Algorithm contest site, and each time you run Herbert again your submission will be downloaded and you will pick up where you left off. Since Herbert scoring is based on your best level solutions to date, there is no risk to trying other solutions - your score can only increase.
Herbert requires internet connectivity when you start it and when you exit, in order to download and upload your submission. Internet connectivity is not required between these times, however, so it is possible to work on your submission offline. Just re-connect to the internet before you exit Herbert (it will prompt you to do so if you forget).
