打开浏览器就蓝屏

不是内存质量的问题，我们局域网上面有出现了一台这样的机器，我把instQA.SYS移动到其它目录，然后重新启动，问题仍然存在。 我把和instqa相关的注册表键全部给删除了，重新启动，问题依然，该怎么办啊？Top

把IE的第三方加载项去掉试试Top
