Utilize Agile Methodologies to manage full life-cycle development of large, complex, J2EE & .NET projects Manage team dynamics, delivering coaching and candid feedback Set expectations and build relationships at the CEO/CTO/CIO level Leverage understanding of client business needs to deliver superior solutions Assess client needs for additional services and development opportunities Travel to work at client sites, which may include international travel
And you have... 5+ years of experience including analysis, design, coding and implementation, most of which with large scale OO applications 4+ years of Project Management experience oncustom-designed, full life-cycle application development projects Exceptional consulting and client management skills, including Program Management organization, presentations, project planning, managing expectations Experience managing large teams (20+ people) is a plus Experience in application (package) or system deployment, including implementation and enhancements is a plus Extensive OOAD and formal methodology knowledge and experience, preferably Agile Methodologies Broad technical knowledge of application architecture, system architecture, application integration, relational databases, and object oriented languages Domain knowledge in Financial Services, Energy, Government and/or Retail would be a huge plus Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Computer Information Systems or a related field or the equivalent Able to travel to client sites, including international travel Fluent in written and oral English
